De Bacci Family Takes Part in International Humanitarian Summit

On February 4, De Bacci Family attended the International Humanitarian Summit in Dubai by invitation of His Excellency Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan, Minister of State for Tolerance in UAE.

The mission of the Summit was Building Stronger Global Human Fraternity for Tolerance and Coexisting. De Bacci family strongly supports its goals:

“International Humanitarian Summit will pave the way by gathering influential leaders and peace advocates by creating a dialogue towards the promotion of human fraternity and in the hope to achieve universal peace. It will also provide an opportunity to make and refine commitments of actions and pledges to face new challenges the world is encountering right now.”

During the Summit, a number of issues were addressed including COVID-19 and its shortcomings upon the communities, racism, tolerance, religious persecution and others.

“The Summit marks an important milestone towards establishing global cooperation and unity. This International Platform will provide highly interactive features which head to advocate and stand for humanitarian values like neutrality, impartiality, and independence which we can see that we lack nowadays in many places around the world.

“The recently signed declaration on Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together calls for people from around the world to rediscover and recommit to living out values that support a more peaceful future for all. In doing so, it includes reflections on the challenges of contemporary society and the role of religions in furthering world peace.”

The Summit was joined by influential leaders, governmental, human rights, educational, research, philanthropic and religious institutions, cultural associations, philosophers, artists, media professionals, and nongovernmental organizations.

Countess Elena De Bacci presented De Bacci Foundation’s initiative Culture Integration which has a primary goal to support culture integration between nations.

Countessina Anna De Bacci commented:

We are delighted to join this important conference that joined together so many conscious-minded people and humanitarians from all over the globe. Events as such are exactly what our world needs right now, because only united, in peace and love, we can become strong enough to overcome any challenges.

As God said,

“Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice! Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you.” (2 Corinthians 13:11)
