The De Bacci Noble Family Appointed Mission Ambassador for the Dubai Executive Trade Mission

The De Bacci Noble Family is honoured to serve as a Mission Ambassador for the Dubai Executive Trade Mission, taking place from 6–11 September 2026. Organised by the Miami Chamber of Commerce Dubai and Dubai Ventures, the mission will welcome an international delegation of investors, founders, fund managers and business leaders seeking to build meaningful relationships within the United Arab Emirates.

The appointment reflects the De Bacci family’s longstanding commitment to international cooperation, responsible investment and the creation of enduring relationships between global business communities.

Strengthening the Relationship Between the United States and the UAE

The relationship between the United States and the United Arab Emirates has developed into one of the most significant economic partnerships connecting the Western world with the Middle East. It encompasses investment, technology, financial services, energy, infrastructure, real estate, healthcare and the wider innovation economy.

At a time when capital, enterprise and innovation increasingly transcend national borders, strong bilateral relationships depend upon more than commercial transactions. They are sustained through trust, diplomatic engagement, cultural understanding and consistent dialogue between governments, institutions, investors and business leaders.

Trade missions play an important role within this wider relationship. They create an environment in which participants can better understand the priorities of another market, establish trusted local relationships and explore areas of mutual interest with the appropriate decision-makers.

Having been based in the UAE for more than six years, the De Bacci family has witnessed Dubai’s development as a meeting point for international capital and enterprise. Through De Bacci Capital, the family maintains a particularly strong network across the United States, encompassing investors, family offices, private funds, founders, institutions and strategic partners. One of the firm’s partner funds is also established in the United States, further strengthening its involvement in investment activity between the two countries.

This transatlantic presence allows De Bacci Capital to contribute to the mission with a practical understanding of both markets and of the relationships required to facilitate responsible cross-border finance.

Diplomacy, Trust and Cross-Border Capital

Cross-border investment is ultimately built upon confidence. Investors require credible local insight, companies need trusted access to new markets, and institutions must be able to identify counterparties whose objectives and values are aligned.

For this reason, diplomatic and institutional relationships remain fundamental to international finance. While private-sector organisations do not replace formal diplomacy, they can support it by creating constructive channels of communication between business communities and encouraging partnerships that contribute to shared economic development.

The De Bacci Noble Family’s ambassadorial role will focus on helping to strengthen these channels, connecting relevant participants from its international network and supporting thoughtful engagement between the United States, the UAE and the wider global investment ecosystem.

About the Miami Chamber of Commerce Dubai

The Miami Chamber of Commerce Dubai was established as a business gateway connecting Miami and Dubai across trade, capital and government relations. Its work includes international market-access support, executive networking, business matchmaking, trade missions and engagement with decision-makers across both markets.

Together with Dubai Ventures, a Miami-based organisation specialising in market entry, business development and cross-border opportunities between the United States and the Middle East, the Chamber has developed an ecosystem that brings together public- and private-sector relationships.

Its growing international network, with chapters and sector-focused divisions, reflects the increasing importance of Miami and Dubai as gateways for international business. Both cities attract globally mobile entrepreneurs, investors, family offices and companies seeking access to wider regional markets.

An Individually Curated Programme in Dubai

The Dubai Executive Trade Mission has been designed as a curated, invitation-led delegation rather than a conventional conference visit. Each participant’s programme is prepared around their individual priorities, whether these relate to capital raising, investment, strategic partnerships, government engagement, market entry, distribution or regional expansion.

Depending on their objectives, delegates may be introduced to UAE family offices and private investors, institutional stakeholders, government representatives, developers, fund managers, potential co-investment partners, distributors and sector-specific decision-makers.

The programme is expected to include:

  • Individually arranged business and investment meetings
  • Government, institutional and market briefings
  • Private developer and project visits
  • Executive networking and bilateral discussions
  • A dedicated meeting programme at Capital Club Dubai in DIFC
  • Participation in the Miami–Dubai Reception
  • Five nights of luxury accommodation in Dubai
  • Coordinated access to AIM Congress and the International Property Show

The delegation takes place alongside AIM Congress and the International Property Show, held from 7–9 September at Dubai World Trade Centre. These international platforms bring together investors, sovereign and institutional representatives, family offices, developers, entrepreneurs and government delegations from across the world.

The significance of the mission lies in the combination of these major international gatherings with a more focused programme of private meetings and relationship-building. It offers participants the opportunity to approach the UAE with greater context, preparation and access to relevant local stakeholders.

Building Relationships Beyond the Mission

The most valuable outcome of an international mission is not measured solely by the meetings held during a single week. Its lasting value is found in the relationships that continue afterwards, the partnerships that develop over time and the greater understanding created between markets.

For the De Bacci Noble Family, serving as a Mission Ambassador represents a continuation of its broader commitment to connecting international capital with responsible enterprise. It also reflects the family’s belief that economic cooperation can strengthen diplomatic ties and create lasting value for investors, entrepreneurs, institutions and the communities they serve.

Through its strong presence in the UAE, extensive relationships across the United States and wider international network, De Bacci Capital looks forward to supporting the Dubai Executive Trade Mission and contributing to the continued development of the relationship between the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
