Countessina Anna De Bacci, on behalf of De Bacci Capital, was invited to speak at the Invest Web3 Forum 2025, the UAE’s premier platform for connecting Web3 ventures with capital.

Hosted at In5 Tech, Dubai, IWF brought together policymakers, investors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders, to fuel investments and drive funding opportunities for Web3 growth. 

The theme for IWF 2025 was focused on empowering Web3 ventures to drive net-zero goals. With keynotes, startup pitches, panel discussions, and roundtables, IWF offered unmatched access to investment-ready startups and innovative funding opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem.

Selected founders seized the chance to present their startups in a closed gathering of venture capitalists, private equity firms, family offices, angel investors, UHNWIs, and corporate venture arms — all looking for their next big investment.

As part of the IWF program, Countessina Anna De Bacci moderated a fireside chat with Aly Ramji, a well—known author, thought leader, lobbyist, and entrepreneur.

Aly is the Director at Mediapix International and the Founder of Web3Africa, a startup redefining how Africans interact with blockchain and cryptocurrency. Aly’s venture demonstrates a commitment to technological transformation and a deep understanding of Africa’s unique challenges and opportunities, especially, in the world of Web3.
